My approach is creative, compassionate, relational, and grounded in the belief that healing begins in connection — especially the one you have with yourself.
In our work together, we may explore your emotions, life story, relationships, and the deeper questions that shape how you move through the world. I also offer practical tools and nervous system support to help you feel steadier in daily life.
While the therapeutic relationship is key, my aim is to help you feel anchored in your own being — because your relationship with yourself is the starting point for everything.
Above all, I believe healing is always possible. There are no ceilings on wellness, no fixed limits to your growth.
I work with adults facing challenges around eating disorders/disordered eating, body image, anxiety, sensitivity, and nervous system overwhelm. I also support people going through major life transitions — whether that’s a shift in identity, career, relationships, or something harder to name.
Many of the people I work with are deep feelers, thoughtful thinkers, or have always felt a little different. Some are new to therapy or come from backgrounds where seeking support hasn’t always felt acceptable.
While I work primarily with adults, I occasionally offer support to teens who are highly sensitive or navigating big emotional landscapes. If this sounds like your teen, please feel welcome to get in touch — I’m always open to seeing if it feels like the right fit.

Most sessions are held virtually through zoom — so you can show up from wherever you are, in the comfort of your own space (blankets, tea, and pets very welcome).
Online therapy can be just as meaningful and effective as in-person work, and many people find it even more accessible and grounding. Whether you’re curled up on your couch or tucked into a quiet corner of your day, we’ll meet in a space that feels safe for you.
From time to time, I offer in-person pop-up sessions or events — information for these can be found on Instagram or via my newsletter. Always feel free to reach out with an inquiry.
My standard rate is $177.00 per 60-minute session. Longer or shorter sessions are also available, and fees are pro-rated accordingly — we can find a rhythm and session length that feels right for you.
I do not offer direct billing, but many extended health benefit plans cover sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Since every plan is different, I recommend checking with your provider directly. I'm happy to provide receipts or documentation to support you in submitting claims if needed.
Absolutely. Some people come for a handful of sessions to work through something specific, while others stay for longer-term support. There’s no one right timeline — we’ll check in regularly to explore what feels most helpful for you.
My intention is always to support you in building the inner steadiness to know when therapy feels nourishing — and when it doesn’t. I want you to feel empowered in your process, with the trust that you’ll know when you need support.
